Danny Moore is President and Founder of DeNOVO Solutions, Mr. Moore has over 34 years of operational and business experience in Defense, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance arenas.
Mr. Moore is a 24-year Navy Veteran who retired after completing his final tour as the Senior Enlisted Advisor at the Aerospace Data Facility, Aurora Colorado. After retirement, he continued to support the Intelligence community as a contractor performing Program Management, Business Development and System Engineering functions while employed with a large defense company.
Sarah Buck, Executive Director of Operations and Programs for DeNOVO Solutions, has 25 years of experience supporting multiple Intelligence Community (IC) organizations.
She partners with President Danny Moore to drive strategic planning, business growth, and operational excellence. Sarah leads data-driven initiatives that enhance program execution, workforce development, and financial performance.
She ensures alignment between executive leadership and operational teams, optimizing efficiency, resource allocation, and profitability. Her expertise spans federal contracting, cost management, and process optimization. She strengthens organizational capabilities by implementing scalable solutions that support long-term success.
George Miyata, Business Development and Innovation Lead, has over 11 years of business and engineering experience supporting Defense and Intelligence customers with engineering and management solutions.
Mr. Miyata is an experienced systems engineer, system architect and project manager leading cutting edge technical and organizational performance initiatives in addition to defining and executing strategic innovation adoption.
Mr. Miyata is a certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC), has a BS from Gonzaga University in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Aerospace Engineering Sciences from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Mr. Bradley McGhee, Business Development Lead – Intelligence Portfolios for DeNOVO Solutions, has over 25 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Federal Government agencies.
Mr. McGhee specializes in customer engagement, requirements gathering, process improvement, and delivering innovative systems to meet mission-critical needs. His expertise includes project management, service delivery, and driving business growth in high-stakes environments.
