How Our People Power National Security Innovation

At DeNOVO Solutions, every role contributes directly to our mission building technology that empowers the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense. As a Black-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we bring together engineers, analysts, and innovators to deliver secure, data-driven solutions that protect the Nation.

Use the sections to explore how our common positions support DeNOVO Solutions and our customers.

  • Our AI and Machine Learning Engineers design models capable of processing vast volumes of data from multiple intelligence sources. They build algorithms that learn from real-world signals and transform them into actionable insight for mission operators at the edge.

Data Scientists partner closely with these engineers, applying statistical and analytical techniques to validate model performance, tune parameters, and identify emerging patterns across SIGINT, GEOINT, and other mission data. Together, they drive DeNOVO’s artificial intelligence and automation strategy, enabling faster, smarter decisions across national-security missions.

  • Software Engineers build the frameworks that connect people, data, and missions. They develop secure applications, services, and tools that integrate into existing intelligence environments, ensuring analysts and operators can access the right information at the right time.

Data Engineers ensure that the flow of data across these systems is reliable, scalable, and secure. They design pipelines that handle multi-INT data ingestion, transformation, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments. This combination of software and data expertise powers the agility and reliability of DeNOVO’s solutions.

  • DeNOVO’s Cloud Engineers design and deploy secure architectures across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments, supporting missions that require continuous availability and rapid scalability. They ensure compliance with DoD and IC security frameworks while enabling modern development and analytics workflows.

System Administrators maintain and harden these environments. They manage accounts, patching, access control, and system monitoring across classified and unclassified networks. Their work provides the stable, secure foundation that all of our AI, data, and mission applications rely on.

  • Our System Engineers act as integrators, ensuring that AI models, software applications, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure operate together as a coherent system. They translate mission requirements into technical architectures and oversee the full lifecycle from design and prototyping through deployment and sustainment.

By understanding both mission context and technical constraints, System Engineers help DeNOVO deliver solutions that are not only innovative, but also resilient, scalable, and aligned with program objectives.

  • Our Intelligence Analysts close the loop between technology and mission by transforming raw data into insight:

    • SIGINT Analysts interpret signal data to uncover adversary communications and activity patterns.

    • ELINT Analysts focus on electronic emissions, identifying threats and characterizing weapon systems.

    • GEOINT Analysts fuse imagery, geospatial, and sensor data to create a visual understanding of the environment.

    • FISINT Analysts analyze foreign instrumentation signals, providing technical intelligence that shapes future capabilities.

Their feedback informs how we design and refine our tools, ensuring every dashboard, algorithm, and workflow is built for operational impact and real-world use.

  • Innovation at DeNOVO Solutions thrives through collaboration, cloud experts learning from analysts, data scientists refining models with mission feedback, and engineers developing tools that directly support operators in the field. Whether you code, analyze, or architect, your work here directly supports national-security operations and the people who carry them out.
